Ceramic coating
SiO₂-based coating: a protective layer that sheds water and dirt and makes washing easy.
The coating is applied panel by panel after paint correction and cured with infrared lamps. Water beads, dirt clings less, and you get an extra layer against UV and bird droppings. It does not make paint scratch-proof; correct washing extends its life. Each job gets a plate-based digital coating card used to track maintenance visits.
How we do it

Wash, decontamination, paint correction.
- 02Panel wipe
Polishing oils removed with IPA.
- 03Application
Panel by panel, cross-hatch pattern.
- 04Cure
IR lamps + 24 h indoors; no washing for 7 days.
FAQ
It depends on product and use; following the maintenance intervals on your card extends its life. Durations on this demo are examples.
Not recommended; brushes cause swirls. A membership hand wash is the most economical care.
